We have stayed here on previous visits maybe 6 or 7 times before but never again !! Customer service has definitely dropped it seems to be more about greed of resort fees and lack of customer service !! We came with elderly parents requested close together not even in the same area nor taking same lift ! Room not cleaned couple times noisy guests.
